Dinner and Awards 7-10pm
Cost is only $20 per person.
Buffet dinner with entrees:
- Herb Roasted Chicken - Whipped Potatoes, Haricot Verts, Rosemary-Lemon Jus
- Dijon Crusted Beef Tenderloin - Garlic-Thyme Whipped Potatoes, Haricot Verts, Cabernet Glace
-Vegetarian option upon request; contact registrar after registration.
Salads:
- Classic Wedge - Crispy Iceberg, Bacon, Blue Cheese, Tomato, Crispy Onion
- Sunset Caesar- Crispy Romaine, Garlic Croutons, Parmesan Dressing, and Sun Dried Tomato
